1) General view of contemporary design, especially product design.
2) Basic skill of statistical analysis, especially Multi Variate Analysis.
3) Get used to writing paper using statistical analysis.an intensive course (spring semester)

3)	Learning practical use of basic statisitics using calc software
4)	Learning use of statistical analysis software (JMP)
5)	read and apply analysis on your own data set.
6)	Overview of design process (fall semester)
