Course Overview

This lecture provides the fundamentals of risk and security from both aspects of theory and applications. In particular, the basic theory and technology of risk and security in many fields are discussed and the diversity of the concept of risk is emphasized through the role of risk management in our society.

On the basis of the scores of reports of seminars. The passing grade is 60 points.

For all students, this lecture is related mainly to "2) Knowledge of fundamental/basic theory of related fields," and partly to "3) Understanding of real world problems" and "4) Ability in recognizing problems from a broad perspective."
