リスク・レジリエンス工学の博士レベルの各研究テーマに関する基礎的なものの見方・知識・スキルを教授するとともに、そのテーマの研究指導を行う。また、専門分野のレビューについて外国語によるプレゼンテーションを行わせ、国際的通用性を向上させる。
